- Spring Cleanup to be completed by March 31st
- Edging and Mulching of all shrubbery beds to be completed by April 10th
- Mowing of all lawn areas are performed on Tuesdays weather permitting
- Hand weeding and spraying for weeds in shrubbery beds is performed each mowing
- Pruning of all bushes occurs in June/July and September/October
- Fall Cleanup to be completed prior to Thanksgiving
- Turf Applications (Weather Permitting)
- Broadleaf and crabgrass control between April 10th and April 30th
- Fertilizer between May 15th and June 7th
- Fertilizer between August 20th and September 10th
- Broadleaf weed control between September 1st and September 15th
- Dormant Winter Fertilizer between November 20th and December 10th
- Tree Sprayings
- Dormant Oil between March 10th and April 10th
- May Insect Systemic between May 10th and June 10th
- June Insect Systemic between June 20th and July 15th
SNOW REMOVAL
Will be performed when snow accumulation reaches 2 inches or more on common sidewalks, roadways, parking areas, mailbox areas, fire hydrants and entry decks. Orange buckets with calcium chloride for homeowner's use on decks and steps to be used in case of ice.
TRASH REMOVAL
- Pick up for Trash is performed twice a week on Monday and Thursday
- Recycling is performed on Thursday

INSURANCE
Victoria Court Condominium provides insurance for Building Coverage, General Liability and Directors and Officers. Each homeowner should acquire a HO6 policy for their unit with $10,000 of building coverage to cover the deductible. Any questions concerning insurance please contact the Management Company.
